As part of our cradle to grave approach we advise clients on the expected lifecycle of their existing plant, reviewing usage, conditions etc. and the CIBSE guide, producing a detailed plant lifecycle report.
From this our clients can effectively budget for plant replacement and with the support of GKR M&E, can have a new installation designed and installed to the highest standard. We can also support on reactive or new build projects where plant change is required due to building repurpose, changes in technology, or is being installed for the first time.
GKR M&E operate independently to GKR FS, delivering only mechanical and electrical project services for existing group clients and stand alone clients alike. We carry mechanical fitters, welders and project electricians across two teams, covering all aspects of M&E installation. The teams are qualified and insured to carry out like for like installations where only minor modifications are required, and will partner with an M&E consultant for completely new installations or where significant design changes are required.
