We offer our clients a broad range of services from single discipline maintenance agreements to fully outsourced hard facilities management agreements, covering all core (statutory compliance) and non core maintenance. All maintenance works are specified to SFG20 standard with the flexibility to either outsource or insource non statutory maintenance visits. With all maintenance packages clients gain access to our twenty four hour reactive support help desk, covering all mechanical and electrical trades. All services all fully integrated with our computer aided facilities management software ensuring quality, consistency and visibility via our client web portal.
