We are a specialist in planned compliance maintenance, operating across Scotland and North England.
As part of our cradle to grave approach we advise clients on the expected lifecycle of their existing plant, reviewing usage, conditions etc. and the CIBSE guide, producing a detailed plant lifecycle report.
GKR Projects was set up to address requests for larger fit out and refurbishment works, received through our facilities division which carries a team of mobile joiners and handymen.
GKR Energy Services was established initially to serve the domestic air source heat pump market, but quickly evolved into a commercial LED lighting and renewable energy business.

GKR Group are a multi trade provider of facilities services and associated project services based in Scotland, operating across the UK.
We believe that the highest level of service can only be achieved through the direct delivery of all core trades, commercial gas, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, joinery, building fabric and electrical testing.
With this in mind GKR Group employ teams of mobile service engineers and project teams supporting our clients by delivering planned, remedial, reactive and project works, covering these core trades. Through our network of approved partners GKR offer a total building maintenance solution, sub-contracting only the most specialist services to complement our in house capabilities.
